1. **Supportive Environment:**
Create a school environment that encourages the use of English, such as using posters, books, and learning materials in English.

2. **Regular English-Speaking Activities:**
Schedule regular activities where children are required to speak in English, such as during the beginning of lessons, lunchtime, or playtime. These could include storytelling sessions, singing, or simple games.

3. **Use English in Daily Interactions:**
Encourage teachers and students to use English in daily interactions in the classroom. For example, for instructions, greetings, or when asking for help.

4. **Fun Games and Activities:**
Use educational games and engaging activities to teach vocabulary and phrases in English. For example, flashcards, puzzles, or board games in English.

5. **Provide Praise and Encouragement:**
Praise children when they attempt to speak in English, even if there are mistakes. This will boost their confidence and motivate them to keep learning.

6. **Provide Interesting Learning Resources:**
Provide interesting English-language storybooks, videos, and songs for the children. Make sure the materials are age-appropriate and suitable for their level of understanding.

7. **Helpful Assessments:**
Regularly assess the children’s English skills and use the assessments to give constructive feedback. Avoid criticism that could discourage them from speaking English.

8. **Interaction with Native Speakers:**
If possible, invite native English speakers to interact with the children, either through video calls or in-person visits. This will give children the chance to hear and speak English in a more natural way.

9. **Group Projects in English:**
Ask the children to work in groups to complete projects or tasks in English. This will encourage them to use English actively in meaningful contexts.

10. **Relaxed and Enjoyable Approach:**
Don’t force the children to speak in English. A relaxed and enjoyable approach will make them feel more comfortable and open to learning.

With consistency and a positive approach, children will become more accustomed to and confident in using English at school.

This should help in guiding children to become more comfortable with speaking English in a school setting!
